Anna's gift was a bit of a different story, we had a set of Melissa and Doug cutting set (one of the ones with Velcro) to give her, but I wanted to include something else. Something that went along with the food preparation theme. My sister Becca told me she was going to give Anna a personalized apron, and a light bulb went off in my head, "She will need a chef hat to go with her apron!" So I searched the internet and found this site: http://www.stardustshoes.blogspot.com/ And followed the directions she provides to make a chef hat. :)

I don't know about you, but I feel like my crafting/sewing bugs come in waves. For example, I just got done making Lucy's curtains, made this hat and whipped up some cool decorative balls (I'll show you soon). But I haven't done anything crafty like that in awhile. :) What fun crafts/sewing projects have you made lately? Or maybe crafting is not your thing, what do you do to relax? Maybe you enjoy gardening (I'm trying to learn!) or cooking, or maybe even sports? I'd love to hear. :)
